Medicare Part D Drug Regimen Profiles

You may search the regimens either by medical indication or by medication. Because there are multiple medications and multiple indications for each regimen, each different number will direct you to the same regimen. Click on the number in the right hand column to find the regimen which makes the best match for you.

This section contains 50 sample drug regimen profiles for the prescription drug plans offered in New York State in 2008. Each page contains a list of sample drugs, dosages, typical 30 day supply, and the related indication. Each regimen is simply a possible combination of drugs that may be prescribed for the related conditions listed but does not constitute a recommendation of therapy. The regimens presented may differ from your prescribed drugs in many respects but will give a relative idea of the costs for these medications.
